ViewPoint FTP Site Changes

We at ViewPoint would like to apologize for recent problems with our FTP sites. Our FTP service provider was recently purchased by another corporation and during the transition our IP addresses were pulled prematurely. This caused thousands of customers, including us, to be without service for approximately one week. During that time we have worked diligently to restore service so that our customers could access our programs on the site. On Tuesday, March 11 service was restored. Our new FTP site can be accessed at ftp://75.149.66.250 using the same username and password as before. Please accept our sincerest apology for the inconvenience caused by this issue. We regret that we have been unable to service our customers, as we are accustomed to doing. Thank you for your patience during this time.
